AI revolutionising the workplace
ShopWorks offers AI-Powered Workforce Management Software. It works as a tool for enabling employers to improve their management processes and optimised their workforce. The technology can manage staff shift scheduling which is a time-consuming task to do manually. It streamlines companies, improving their overall efficiency and driving performance.
ShopWorks needed a Customer Success Manager. Someone with sharp attention to detail, a strong work ethic and a clear communication style.
But they didn’t necessarily want a veteran
Without any experience in hiring veterans, ShopWorks didn’t exclusively advertise this role on Redeployable. Instead, they sourced candidates from elsewhere too. And still, even against highly-experienced candidates who’d spent years in the HR industry, our ex-Royal Navy candidate, Lee Campbell, came out on top.
Since being placed, Lee has made a huge difference. As a former Petty Officer in the Royal Navy, his attention to detail and management skills are second-to-none. We knew he’d be the perfect match.
