Who we are
We're making hiring run on what people can actually do.

Why we're here
We're solving one of the biggest economic challenges of the decade.
We're building data centres, grids, factories and defence capability faster than anyone can find people to run them.
Over $200BN will be spent on labour to build AI infrastructure in 2026. The demand-to-supply ratio for that talent is 3:1. We're partnering with organisations who keep the economy running to bridge that gap.
We help people who want into a sector find the best fit roles for them, tell them what skills to develop and how, and when they're ready, give them a way to prove they can do the job.
Hiring managers get a wider reach, a pipeline of talent they can develop before their competitors are bidding for it, and a shorter list of great people who actually want the work.
What's being built right now is the power, the plants, the networks and the systems the economy depends on. Someone has to build it, and keep it running, for the next forty years.

The team
Who we are.
Former army helicopter technicians, Silicon Valley alumni, rock climbers, punk drummers. We're not building this from the outside looking in. We get it, and we care about getting it right.
