Redeployable Terms of Use
Last updated: 16 October 2026
1. About these terms
1.1 These terms are a contract between you and Redeployable Limited, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13736936, with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ. We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under number ZB360429. In these terms, "we", "us" and "Redeployable" mean Redeployable Limited, and "you" means the person using the Service.
1.2 These terms apply to our website at redeployable.io, to the Redeployable platform, and to any other site or service we operate that links to them. We call all of these, together with the features in them, "the Service".
1.3 By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the Service.
1.4 If your organisation has a contract with us, that contract comes first. Where your employer or another organisation has signed a separate written agreement with us covering the Service, that agreement governs the relationship between us and your organisation, and prevails over these terms to the extent of any conflict. These terms govern only your own individual use of the Service, and nothing in them adds any obligation or liability to your organisation's agreement.
1.5 Our Privacy Policy forms part of your agreement with us. Our Accessibility Statement is published separately and is not contractual.
1.6 We may update these terms. Clause 15 explains how.
2. Who can use Redeployable
2.1 You must be 18 or over to use the Service. It is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from under-18s.
2.2 You must give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
2.3 Your account is personal to you. Keep your sign-in details confidential, do not share them, and do not let anyone else use your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access to it.
2.4 If you register as a recruiter or on behalf of an employer, you confirm that you are authorised to act for that organisation. Clause 12 sets out the additional terms that apply to you.
2.5 We may refuse to create an account, or disable sign-in details we have issued, if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.
3. What Redeployable does
3.1 Redeployable helps users find work, and helps employers find candidates for their roles. You can build a profile, try job simulations, and apply to roles listed by employers who work with us.
3.2 We do not guarantee you a job. Our suggestions and simulation results help you and employers make better decisions. They are not promises of an interview, an offer or employment.
4. How we use artificial intelligence
4.1 We use artificial intelligence, including large language models, in parts of the Service. It helps build your profile, prepare for your job search, suggest roles, compare your experience against what a role asks for, and score simulation answers against rubrics we write. We write and control the prompts and the rubrics. Our Privacy Policy explains which providers process your information and where.
4.2 We do not make hiring decisions. Employers do. A simulation result is a level, not a pass or a fail. Where the Service shows you a level or a match, our own rules work that out from the scores, not the AI.
4.3 Please keep sensitive information out of your answers. We remove personal details from what you write before our AI features use it, but that cannot catch everything you might say about yourself. So please do not include in a CV, simulation answer or chat:
- health conditions, disability, injury or details of a medical discharge;
- criminal convictions or allegations;
- your religion, sexual orientation, ethnicity or political views;
- classified, protectively marked or export-controlled information, or anything covered by the Official Secrets Act or a security clearance obligation; or
- personal information about other people.
5. Your content
5.1 You own what you give us. Your CV, profile, work history, simulation answers, chat messages and anything else you upload or write remain yours. We call all of it "Your Content".
5.2 The licence you give us is narrow. You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, copy, process, analyse and display Your Content, for one purpose only: to provide the Service to you, including sharing it with employers in the ways clause 6 describes. We do not use Your Content for anything else, and we do not sell it.
5.3 The licence ends when you delete Your Content or delete your account, apart from anything we are required to keep or that our Privacy Policy sets out.
5.4 Your Content is not public. Our use of any personal data in Your Content is governed by our Privacy Policy. If the two ever conflict, the Privacy Policy wins.
5.5 You confirm that Your Content is yours to give us, that it is accurate, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
5.6 We may use information about how the Service is used, in a form that does not identify you or anyone else, to understand and improve the Service and to report to employers in aggregate. We may keep and use that information after your account ends.
5.7 If you send us feedback or suggestions about the Service, we may use them freely and without owing you anything.
6. What employers see
6.1 Your information reaches an employer only when you choose to share it. That happens when you apply to one of its roles, or when you share your results with it directly. Until then, an employer cannot see your profile, your CV or your simulation results.
6.2 When you apply, the employer's recruiters can see your profile, your CV, your work and location preferences, your Job Fit and Job Fit feedback, and your simulation results for that role. A recruiter sees only their own organisation's roles and the candidates who applied to them.
6.3 The employer decides what happens next. Once your information is with an employer, that employer is responsible for how it uses it. We are not responsible for an employer's hiring decisions.
6.4 Redeployable staff can see candidate information where they need to in order to run and support the Service, including calibrating simulations and helping with your questions.
6.5 You can stop sharing with a particular employer by withdrawing an application, or delete your account, at any time. That does not oblige an employer to delete information you have already sent. Ask the employer directly.
7. Acceptable use
7.1 Use the Service lawfully and honestly. You must not:
- impersonate anyone, or misrepresent your identity, experience, qualifications or service record;
- let anyone else complete a simulation or exercise for you, or pass off someone else's work as your own;
- upload anything unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, harassing or discriminatory;
- upload anything that infringes someone else's intellectual property or privacy;
- upload classified, protectively marked or export-controlled material, or anything covered by the Official Secrets Act or a security clearance obligation;
- upload malicious code, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, our servers or any system connected to them;
- scrape, crawl, copy or extract data from the Service by automated means, or use it to build a competing product or to train a machine-learning model;
- copy, resell or make the Service, our simulations or scoring rubrics available to anyone else; or
- do anything that interferes with the Service or with other users' use of it.
7.2 Attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Service is an offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We may report it to the police and co-operate with them, including by disclosing your identity.
7.3 We may remove content that breaks these rules and suspend or close the account behind it. We are not obliged to monitor what users upload, but we may.
8. Our intellectual property
8.1 We own, or are licensed to use, everything in the Service: the software, the skills taxonomy, the job simulations and their scoring rubrics, the written output our systems generate, and the Redeployable name, logo and branding. These are protected by copyright and other rights, and all rights are reserved.
8.2 You may use the Service, and any results or reports about you that it produces, for your own job search. You may share your own results with employers. You may not copy, publish, resell or commercially exploit any other part of the Service without our written permission.
8.3 Simulation content and scoring rubrics are confidential. Publishing them, or sharing them with other candidates, undermines the simulation for everyone and breaks these terms.
8.4 You may link to our public pages, provided you do so fairly and lawfully and do not suggest any association or endorsement that does not exist. You may not frame our pages within another site.
9. Availability and changes to the Service
9.1 We work to keep the Service available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may suspend it for maintenance, and it may be unavailable because of something outside our control.
9.2 We may add, change or withdraw features. Where a change materially reduces what the Service does for you, we will give you reasonable notice.
9.3 You are responsible for the device, browser and internet connection you use.
9.4 Support for candidates is by email at [email protected]. We do not guarantee a response time.
10. Deleting your account
10.1 You can delete your account at any time, in the app. You do not need to give a reason.
10.2 When you delete your account we delete or anonymise the personal data we hold about you, apart from anything we are required to keep or that our Privacy Policy sets out.
10.3 Information you have already shared with an employer may be held by that employer. Ask the employer to delete it.
10.4 We may suspend or close your account if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we stop offering the Service. Unless the law prevents it or the breach is serious, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.
10.5 The clauses that should sensibly outlast your account continue to apply after your account is deleted, including those on acceptable use, intellectual property, our responsibility to you, and governing law.
11. Our responsibility to you
11.1 Some things we cannot limit. Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded. If you are a consumer, nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to services supplied with reasonable care and skill.
11.2 We provide the Service with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, and to the extent the law allows, we do not warrant that the Service will be available without interruption or that using it will lead to any particular outcome.
11.3 We are not responsible for loss we could not reasonably have foreseen when you accepted these terms, or for loss of profit, revenue or business.
11.4 We are not responsible for an employer's decisions, for how an employer treats information you have shared with it, or for the content of third-party sites we link to.
12. Recruiter and employer users
12.1 This clause applies if you use the Service as a recruiter, hiring manager or other authorised user of an organisation that has an agreement with us.
12.2 These terms govern only your own conduct. The commercial relationship, including fees, service levels, data protection roles, liability and term, is governed by your organisation's agreement with us. Where these terms conflict with that agreement, that agreement prevails.
12.3 You must keep your sign-in details confidential, use the Service only for genuine recruitment for your organisation, and access candidate information only where you need it for that purpose.
12.4 Candidate information you see through the Service is confidential, and is personal data belonging to real people. You must handle it in line with your organisation's agreement with us and your organisation's own obligations under data protection law.
12.5 You must not share simulation content, scoring rubrics or another organisation's information with anyone outside your organisation.
13. Privacy, cookies and accessibility
13.1 Our Privacy Policy, at redeployable.io/privacy or redeployable.io/us/privacy if you are in the United States, explains what personal data we hold, why, how long for, who we share it with, where it goes and what rights you have. It forms part of your agreement with us. We rely on a range of lawful bases for processing, not on your acceptance of these terms, so nothing here is your consent to our use of your personal data.
13.2 We and our analytics providers use cookies and similar technologies in your browser. You choose what you allow when you first visit us, and you can change that choice at any time. Our Privacy Policy sets out what is stored, what it is for and how long it lasts.
13.3 We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 AA across the Service. Our Accessibility Statement, at redeployable.io/accessibility-statement or redeployable.io/us/accessibility-statement if you are in the United States, explains what has been audited, which third-party components fall outside it, and how to report a problem.
14. Complaints and contact
14.1 If something has gone wrong, or you have a question about your personal data, email [email protected]. We will look into it and respond as quickly as we reasonably can.
14.2 If you are not satisfied with how we have handled a data protection matter, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, or to the supervisory authority where you live.
14.3 Our postal address is Redeployable Limited, 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom.
15. Changes, governing law and disputes
15.1 We may change these terms. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will tell you before it takes effect. If you do not accept the change, delete your account.
15.2 These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or their subject matter, including non-contractual disputes, are governed by the law of England and Wales.
15.3 The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your home courts. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, nothing in this clause deprives you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, or of the right to bring proceedings there where the law gives you that right.
16. Additional terms for users in the United States
This clause applies if you use the Service while resident in the United States. Where it conflicts with the rest of these terms, this clause wins.
16.1 Who you are contracting with. Redeployable Limited is a company registered in England and Wales. We have no United States entity. Your contract is with Redeployable Limited.
16.2 Your rights. Nothing in these terms waives or limits any right you have under United States federal or state law that cannot lawfully be waived. Some states do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. Where that is so, the exclusions and limitations in clause 11 apply only to the extent that state's law permits.
16.3 Your privacy rights. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to know what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to receive a copy, and not to be discriminated against for exercising those rights. Email [email protected], and see our Privacy Policy for detail.
16.4 Tools used in hiring. Where an employer is required by state or local law to notify you about tools used in hiring, those obligations sit with the employer.
17. General
17.1 Entire agreement. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you as an individual and us about your use of the Service. This is without prejudice to any agreement between us and your organisation, which clause 1.4 and clause 12.2 address.
17.2 Severability. If any provision is found unenforceable, it is severed and the rest of these terms continue in force.
17.3 No waiver. If we delay in enforcing a right, that does not mean we have given it up.
17.4 Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours to a company that acquires our business, provided your rights are not reduced.
17.5 Third parties. Nobody other than you and us has any right to enforce these terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
17.6 Events outside our control. We are not liable for failing to perform where the cause is outside our reasonable control.
