We’re not usually ones for shouting about ourselves, but we’re making an exception for this.

On the 13th of November 2023, we headed to The Shard for the annual Heropreneurs Awards, alongside 100+ others from across the military community. It was a proper gathering of mentors, mentees, founders, forces charities, and organisations all trying to do good things with military talent. We were chuffed just to be shortlisted.

And then… we won.

Redeployable is officially Heropreneurs’ Start-Up of the Year.

This award recognises a new company that’s shown proper innovation, real potential, and an entrepreneurial spirit that’s hard to ignore.

Why us?

Because we’ve built a platform with AI-driven tech that translates military skills into civilian job matches, so veterans don’t have to start from scratch or settle for the first thing that comes along. We make the transition from military to civilian life clearer, more personalised, and actually useful.

As Heropreneurs put it:

Our mission has always been about maximising the potential of the British armed forces community, empowering service leavers to lead bold, meaningful second careers. Whether it’s supporting jobs for ex-soldiers UK, hosting events to raise awareness for their next level skill set, or building tools to help translate military occupational skills, we’re here for all of it.

And to have that work recognised by a charity like Heropreneurs? That means a lot.
